Soup is good. There are lots of different kinds. Like Corn Chowder, Chicken Noodle, and Lobster Bisque.

Soup is not as popular as it used to be. Some people attribute the rise in American obesity over the past decades to decreased soup consumption.

I tried to quickly come up with another pun, but couldn't do it bisque enough.

I soup-pose I don't mind soup - thinking of it makes me hungry. Goulash, anyone?

Chop up a preserved lemon and a garlic clove.
Fry them in a saucepan with some oil and some chilli flakes.
Throw in a drained tin of chickpeas and stir for a minute.
Pour in 750ml hot stock and a spoonful of tahini. simmer for three minutes.
Cool then blend.
Heat up.
Season to perfection.

I love la soupe et le potage too
