Что значит изолировать здания за 5 очков? Подскажите плз.

With the "harsh winter" expansion, one can insulate a building by paying an extra stone when it is constructed. Paying this extra stone is worth 5 points. Buildings that can be insulated have a +(stone) symbol underneath the points symbol at the top of the building.

I think Insulate is a very bad term used.

You insulate building with stone?
Why you isolated building with stone?
