I personally dislike playing with only 3 players - it's a bit like playing 6 Nimmt with 2 or 3 players. I think 5 or 6 is probably best in my opinion.

When this goes to Arena, how many players will it be?

I think 4 is the best for turn-based tables.

I think so too. More than 4 players is the best. Because cards are more evenly distributed among players then. When there are only 3 or 4 players there is almost always one player who gets majority of points, and it shouldn't be this way.

4 to 6 player of you want a sensible game. 7/8 is carnage but massive fun. My play group normally ends the night with this and it's great tonic to any thinky games played. We have many songs....
