Am I allowed to keep notes?

Post by CyclopB »

If I keep track of rooms with paper pencils, cards or, a software, is it considered cheating? I would love to have both options available in future game settings: Experienced players can challenge themselves by playing purely on their memories and new players can have fun with logging tools developed by BGA.

Room 25 would be unplayable in turn-based otherwise.

That's true.
But the game was designed to play in real-time I suppose.

It's part of the game.

For me, this should be a gentleman's rule in normal game to not take notes.
But on the opposite, in arena, it should be allowed. It's competitive, and you have no way to prevent it.
