Rallyman Tourney Restrict by Level Not Working

I created a tourney for Rallyman to restrict to only average and good but it allowed me to register when I’m strong.
I created the tourney before I was strong and was hoping to join before I improved to that level but didn’t realize I had to launch the tourney before I could join.
Not sure if this is an issue for other games doing tourneys too.
Don’t see how to submit this in bugs since not tied to a table yet since no game started.
