What happens to a game when a Player's time runs out?
Does the game continue without that player or is the game over?
Can someone sit in to complete that Player's part of the game?

The player is then put into "zombie" mode, passing every turn. They can technically still "win"thought this is unlikely. But no one can sit in and take their place, this is not planned in the framework sadly. However, such a feature would cause serious headaches to the admins on how to give ELO points to, how to present results or such stuff.
