In this game, I tried to sabotage the acid wash room to allow Kevin to move to the exit: https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=108077581 (2nd last move)

It said "Sarah chooses Sabotage a room", then "Sarah cannot play Sabotage a room" - why?

I may be wrong but I think Sarah has two blank rooms to replace sabotaged rooms with.

These were used at turn 38 and 63 in the logs.

If I'm wrong someone will correct me hopefully!

Edit: there is a warning in the log at turn 64 too.

Oh okay, thanks! I didn't realize the special ability was limited to two rooms.
