I paid for premium because I LOVE the product, but what did I get? Just some stats access? How do I set up a game? If I want to play Keyflower with exactly 4 players how do I go about that?

With a premium account, you can play the premium games. I think non-premium accounts have ads and a longer wait for tables.

To set up a table, click on "play now" and set the number of players to four.

Technically, anyone can play the premium games. A premium account allows the user to actually create the table, though.

Also, the best way I've fount to make sure the game is set up to your liking is to make sure you are in Manual mode when in the lobby. You will have full control over your table then.
