Can somebody help me? I don't understand ranking scoring. For example, I just played with a 420 ranked player, I have 112 points. The result was 105-104, I lost unfortunately. He deducted 3 points from the prestigious line.

This is not directly related to Carcassonne. You might look under the general discussion forums and see what you can find about how ranking works. I can tell you it has nothing to do with what your scores in the game were - it's only about who wins and loses. You can also hover over your ELO and see (kind of) how that was calculated. As for prestige points, it can happen that you lose points if you lose something that previously gained you prestige points. But I'm pretty sure it only shows the new thing you gained and not what you lost, and not sure what you're talking about there. Perhaps you do not mean prestige?
