Modified Powers

I was reviewing how powers had been modified for this implementation, wondering if any of the modifications are improvements that should be carried back into the tabletop game itself.

Some of them are really interesting. I'm not actually sure if I know enough to evaluate if these changes should be carried back or not, but a lot of them (Medea!) are super fun as implemented here.

But I'm at a loss to understand how Heracles and Limus are actually modified. While the text on is a bit different, they seem functionally identical?

What am I missing?

Hi, the updates have been made by the designers for balance issues, the official source to get the new powers being the mobile app AFAIK.

They are also available on the discord server (https://discordapp.com/invite/DaBV2sM) for convenience.

For Limus, the new power allows an opponent to build a dome even if it does not complete a tower. This allows for instance Atlas to build domes next to Limus, and does not change anything for powers that do not add a possibility to build domes on lower levels. (I see also Selene, Asteria, Heracles, Polyphemus, and there may be other ones)

For Heracles, the ability is now done instead of the build and not at the end of the turn, so you cannot do a normal build then use your power. You use your power instead of building.
