Leaving comments on a game

I have no objections to getting red thumbs from players who feel frustrated on my no abandon Hanabi stance. If over inflating and faking their elo makes them happy so be it. However why does this then mean you can't leave comments about a game? In a recent game in the chat they were surprised that after 5000 games I didn't mitigate for a double discard - to be honest I find it a waste of clues when I get someone blank cluing continually, usually ends up with blocked hands and again someone asking to abandon (I know, simple solution is to stop playing 2 player!). As they had looked at my profile I decided to examine theirs after the game. I wished to highlight they had abandoned 35% of all games compared to under 2% for me (ie just dropped connections or someone having an emergency) so were not really in a place to criticise expertise. However I didn't realise that you can't comment publicly on the game if they RT you. Fair enough if you can't PM someone who RTs you as that protects against harassment etc. but a comment on a game has to be transparent as it is there for all to see. I really do feel like some people are cheating the elo system and getting no recourse. I wonder if a negative elo hit given for abandoned parties would stop this over inflation of ELO in Hanabi and make people strive for the best score in a hard challenging deal rather than seek or the easier 30s.
