I played a Seasons game with a bad manner Germen guy with ID ecabhk.

I was out of time but I still try to finish my move and about to win.

And this guy kicked me off the game when I was still making a move.

Isn't the system allows to kick when the opponent do not make a move in 20 seconds?
I was still moving, how can I be kicked??
