Correct way to score a game for multiple matches

The game is Cribbage.
The concern is the best way to score a game / match for the most correct ELO scoring

So in a one game match
I can either score it 1-0 or the actual score 121-110 (example). I thought the later would be better because the more you get beat by the better the ELO score.

Now introducing matches (Best of 3, 5, or 7) I can't rely on the total score over X games because if person A wins two close games and looses a blow out the total score over three games could be something like 333-341 (121-110,91-121,121-110)
If I go with just games 2-1 I don't know what effect that would have on ELO, if I try to do a weighted scoring
Just an example
GamesWon*1000+score what effect would that have on ELO using the example above 2333-1341

Thank you

The score has no impact on the ELO computation, only the winner/looser matter here.
