Game-ending bug in tournament game

I am getting a game-ending bug in a tournament game (stuck and can't end my turn). I'm unable to send a bug report because that, too, gives me an error: Unexpected error: BGA service error (boardgamearena.com 09/09 04:21:18)
I asked a friend to submit the bug report on my behalf, thinking that perhaps the problem was on my end, but he is getting the same error message. Do I just have to let my tournament game time out and lose?
