Can anyone help me understand what just happened to the top ELO ranked player for this game?

Brasseur (https://boardgamearena.com/playerstat?i ... &game=1115) - has 800 ELO, but is no longer listed as #1?

I don't mind, as it makes it feasible for me to get to #1 now - but I'm curious.

He hasn't played in over 6 weeks, so you drop off the leaderboard.
