Being Same Wonder several times in a row playing Arena

Have anyone experienced this before? It is frustrating when you be Babylon, and other Wonder starts building Science, or hiding them. How does the Wonder distribution is happening? How random is it?

It is quite random. BGA randomizes wonders between players using shuffle function https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.shuffle.php

You just had really bad luck :(
