Add a “done” button in Race for the Galaxy

Race for the Galaxy has lots of different card selections. Several times I’ve clicked a card to play, and then accidentally used that card to pay for something. It would be SO helpful if there was a “done” button to finalize your action. Please consider this! (For example, Keldon AI has this option
