The name of the country invented
His gouvernement (monarchy or others)
How far is in technologies
His own currency
And maybe, an ideology of anything
It's just for fun, no related to politics in real life or anything else.

Giorgio Rosa did have already this idea to build a new country that was called @% island off the Rimini coast,off the Rimini coast. With it own government nd it own language called Esperanto. But it didn't went no where that idea as it got blow away

Smart symbol for rose! Rosa made the island on a platform - too close to Italy. I suppose a floating island would be like the ones on Lake Titicaca, but the island could travel around like a gigantic boat...
