What happens if a tournament game reaches its maximum duration?

In the case where a tournament game reaches the "game maximum duration", who is declared the winner? I figured it would be the player who has the most time remaining on their clock (or who is the least into negative time), but I cannot seem to find any official place which states this.

The person with the most time remaining wins.
If it happens to you you'll see the result as 1-0, and an explanation is given on the individual game result page.
