Board Game Arena

I reach the platinum level, then I lose one game and I lost the point that I have. So far everything seems normal. After that I won a game and my score on platinum remained at zero. Then I lost again, and of course I did not advance, but I won afterward and I kept not advancing my level. Is Anybody ihaving the same problem?

I was at gold level in Lucky Numbers and then suddenly, I have no ranking and I'm back at bronze! There must be a bug.

@Juan: Please read the rules for winning Arena points again. You only gain points against players who are at most 2 leagues away from you. (In the lobby, you can click the cogwheel next to the game icon and click "Extended options", there you can restrict the league distance of your opponents.)

@schoolio: The "bug" you are talking about is the season change. Season 3 started yesterday and at the beginning of each season, everyone gets relegated a few leagues.
