I purchased a premium gift code. My attention is to give it as a gift to another member. How do I go about doing this?

I guess you can PM the person you offer the gift and communicate the code.
Then, he/she can fill in that code when connected into the Premium page, section "I have received a Gift code: use it now!" (approx. translation: my interface is in French). Link:
