Allow the possibility of non-fixed-time-limit tournaments

One of the main reason I don't join tournaments is because of their "fixed-time-limit" restriction. This is a flawed system IMO because it requires constant checking on the game, and isn't timezone friendly. I've had much better luck with unofficial tournaments (and on other sites) that just had a "8 hrs/12 hrs/1 day" per "turn" format. It would be great if we had that option too here.
