Looking for a developer

Hi BGA devs,

I created a game for use in academia, inspired by 7 wonders duel, but based on teaching concepts of open innovation (I'm a MBA adjunct professor as a side gig). I've created the physical game, the tabletopia version, and even a companion app (showing the research papers and articles that support the academic side of the game), but I'm frustrated with the bad experience of trying to have students play it on platforms that just have a physics engine, as the rules are relatively complex (and the engine performance always stutters even of decent laptops anyway).

It seems that BGA would be a much better platform, but I am not capable to doing the coding necessary to effectively implement the rules. Hence, I'd like some help. The game exists, has been play tested, all the assets (images etc.) already are ready to go or can be modified to whatever format is needed (pdf, svg, whatever you need)

I'd love to find someone willing to help, and I'm happy to consider whatever arrangement seems fair (compensation and/or other intangibles), and vow to be the perfect client (responsive, flexible on compromises, reasonable, etc.)

The game in question is www.intrapreneurs-game.com
