What about it doesn't seem right? Rotational orientation of the card never matters in completing objectives (mirror imaging does), so hovering over a plots card will show the upright and 180 degree rotations. The objective has been fulfilled with the 60 degrees rotation.
Am I missing something that doesn't seem right?
