Board Game Arena

Mijnlieff is a simple abstract strategy game for two players that plays in about five minutes. It’s available now for alpha testing.

It’s my first game for Board Game Arena so I welcome any feedback. It's open source, and you can get involved at GitLab if you're so inclined.

New option: player-determined board arrangements are now possible.

It's now possible to drag pieces from your hand and drop them onto the board.

The rules for player-determined boards are only hinted at in the rulebook, so different interpretations are possible. The details of the intended way to play have now been clarified with the designer, Andy Hopwood. My initial interpretation is available as a variant.

Mijnlieff has now been promoted to beta. Thanks to everyone who reviewed the game and provided feedback.
