Reverse the ordering of dice placement in Rallyman

As currently coded, the first location that a die is placed when you click on it is very likely the least favorable. Inside edge of the track is favored by the rules, the die placement a starts on outside edge. Reversing the order as you click the die would likely cut the number of clicks in half for most players. Best guess is that this is an easy code change.

Could be grate, but some strong players will be confused, because they play a lot of games and it already fine whit them, making it wrong whit experienced players.
