"skip turns" ->"get back in game"

When your time goes below zero it is possible for someone else to kick you out of the game by clicking "skip turns".
Then you get this message:
"Your thinking time has expired and all your turns will be skipped."
Clicking...
->"Get back in the game"
"Are you sure? You will get back into the game, but you will keep the penalty you received for quitting this game. Continue?"
->"Confirm"
...you end up getting this message:
"You cannot get back into the game while your time to think is below 0."
If you can only ever get kicked out of a game for having below 0 thinking time, then it seems impossible to ever re-enter a game.
Can we please change this?
Also why do you recieve a -10 penalty when someone else kicks you out of a game for having below 0 thinking time?
That seems quite unfair.
I had someone kick me out of a game not realising what the "skip turns" button does. It really isn't obvious that this button is actually "replace this player with a bot".
