Basic account setting access is now possible even for people who have been moderated!
Ok, a step in the right direction. Seriously, that's at least one small IMPROVEMENT. Glad it finally sunk in enough to act and fix this basic setting.
Next: all the improvements that were SO important to you that you deleted them when mentioned publicly
