I have a game in the off the rails tournament.
Table #117960814
My opponent was frozen and could not complete action, I contacted the developer and reported it in bugs. I tried to get my opponent to abandon the game. I think the same bug may have prevented her from abandoning the game. I even went to the point of quitting the game, but it is still stuck.
What can I do? I did create the tounament.

The time allotted to each player on this particular tournament is 15 days, which is unusually long, and there is still about 15 days total remaining between both players (3 days for your opponent, 12 days for you). As far as I understand, the game would last 15 more days if nobody takes any action. If she's not willing to abandon or quit, the only other thing you could do before that is rejoin the table, kick her for going over time (after 3 days), then leave again. Since you already left, I don't think she would incur a Karma penalty.
I looked at your opponent's only other competitive game and can confirm this is the first time she has been hit in a collision and has had to split jewels, which leads me to believe she doesn't understand what is happening in the interface. There are improvements I could make there, but without a screenshot from her, I have no way of knowing if there is actually a bug here while the game is still active. I have added a link to a screenshot of an example jewel split scenario to the game chat and bug report.

Thank you I saw the link. I believe you, but find it hard to fathom she went through a game without being hit and having to divide gems. I thought she also played real time at least once, which is where she may learned about the tournament. I was asking people to sign up in game chats. This was the first tournament I set up, and I thought I was setting the tournament time to 30 days, still long, but I do not know how the swiss scoring system works and how many players / games would be generated.
