Unfollow message in group

Hi,
I responded to a message in a group, particularly this one:

Now my notification area gets spammed of answeres to that post. How can I get rid of that?
Usualy there are mechanisms to unfollow a thread, but I could not find a way here.
Can anybody help pleeeease?
