Positive feedback on the new version

I generally play on my iPad (avoiding sitting at my desk for health reasons), and to date I’ve usually avoided five-player games because I could not see all of the hands at once. Tonight, though, I got into a five-player game (which occasionally happens, mostly accidentally) and with the new version (and the stacked hands preference) I could see the entire play area, including all hands and the discards, at once. Things were small, but big enough to make out.

So at least on some devices, the new layout is a definite improvement.

I understand that it’s not working so well on some screens and browsers, but I think if you can get the layout working the same way everywhere, it should work out well in the end.

Not surprised that this thread has only 1 reply :)
Can't imagine anyone has anything positive to say about the new version.
Criminal... destroyed a perfectly fine game, and they refuse to listen to the players...

The new modes (especially black powder) are a ton of fun, so I'll consider buying the new version for IRL games.

The new interface is fine, especially thanks to all the fix made since the release. But they should definitely had put in BETA rather than going from ALPHA to release. BGA does support having "part" of a game be in BETA while the full game is not (7 Wonder Duels did it with the new expansion). Forcing it onto everyone before taking in account feedbacks was just wrong. But at least they were reactive enough to fix the most glaring problems, so the game is playable again, and a ton of fun again.
