Board Game Arena

I love a lot the rankings, are a big motivation for me.
In arena you can see what is your position, but in normal mode (ELO points) is it not possible, only you can see when you are in 100 or more up position.
Is it possible to create a different options rankings or leagues? (for example for countries or for a differnts options), i talk with another players a lot about this and its a greta idea for us, is it possible?
