Great implementation.

I'm not sure how useful the "automatic bids" are, but they don't get in the way.

The only suggestion I'd make is to add a slight delay before processing an automatic bid. Currently an automatic bid occurs so quickly that it looks as though the previous player added two coins to the pile.
