I suspect something is wrong with this string

Hello everybody!

I was helping to translate Fleet to portuguese and I found the string below, which I suspect is wrong:

$$discount Shrimp License discount

I believe it should be:

$${discount} Shrimp License discount

But I´m not sure

I don´t know this is the right place to report it. If I´m doing something wrong, please lead me to the right place.
