Hello, in all my games for a while now i've noticed a weird pattern:

i NEVER get the Theology token from the Great Library wonder

Is there an actual rule or BGA programming that prevents this from happening, or am i just having an exceptionally weird run of luck? What made me wonder this is that i've also been revealing the Law token with this wonder far more often than the 60% chance you would expect if all 5 unused tokens were eligible...if Theology were actually excluded from the pool that would make a lot more sense as well.

Probability is 60%. So that's really high.

So after 10 games like that, probability of getting it at least once is 99,990%

Another player (high rating) reported this to me.
Today I added another shuffle before picking the 3 progress tokens, please report if it makes a difference.

I haven't encountered it recently, it's been a while since I had The Great Library with Theology not on the board. I tried to review a past replay, but then encountered this bug: https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=28980

I got theology today. This was the first time I've had the wonder and bothered to notice if Theology was available.

So 1 / 1 is not a bad statistic.

The high ranked player who reported it to me now says the distribution is random since the fix of November 24th.
So this was a bug and it has been fixed.
