Board Game Arena

Hey all,

Relatively new to BGA and loving it. I've hit a problem, however.

I can't seem to configure the game board whenever I start a game with friends. I add my friends to the lobby, select my game and go through to the pre-game screen. However, all the options under 'Table Configuration' are greyed out. I can't select the game mode or any of the expansion options. When I play Kingdom Builder, the game is also identical every time - the board and cards aren't randomised.

Can anyone explain this to me? I've checked through the FAQ to no avail.

I agree - every game the same set up......
Any suggestions?

That's precisely a game option that you must change, default is "tutorial" and not "random".

Are you setting up the table as turn-based or real time? The BGA framework doesn't allow you to change the options for turn-based games after players have joined. Try creating a table in manual mode first, setting the options, then add friends one at a time.
