How to choose which extra marbles fill the beaker?

Hi - If I have > 3 marbles left over at the end of my turn, how do I choose which specific colors to fill into the beaker? Right now I don't think I am able to make a selection. When I click "Fill", it doesn't always add the ones that I would have added if playing in real life.

If there are empty spaces in the beaker then double-clicking on any of the marbles in your 'hand' (at the top right) will move that marble into the beaker. If there is a marble in the beaker that you don't want there, then double-clicking on it should move it back into your 'hand'. Rinse and repeat as they say.
