why are there almost no agora games?

there are many tournaments planned but so far out of the 15 or so i've seen, only ONE has agora on
and i have not seen a single agora game being created on casual queue. why is no one interested in playing agora?
i'm not a premium member so i can't create games, i'm just waiting for someone to create an agora game so i can join. strange.

10% of the 7WD games has Agora enabled. That's significant. But in my experience (as premium member starting an Agora game) games are filled up almost immediately, sometimes by players who don't want to play Agora.
