Is this an official rule change from the publisher? The three market days format is because of the official rules. BGA cannot simply change it unless the publisher has stated it is an official rule.

The Android app, which I assume is officially licensed includes single round matches as well as variants including modified hand sizes, fixed or reverse price goods and smaller goods varieties.
So there would appear to be scope.

Je pense que faire une seule partie est une très bonne idée d'autant plus que le jeu bug presque tout le temps quand il dure trop longtemps.
