If you have submitted a clue, and then decide to make changes while other players are still thinking, there are 2 issues. The first is that most new players hit ''change clue'' and then change their clue. It's not intuitive to hit ''change clue'' after making the changes.
The second issue is if you decide to change several words, you can get caught mid-change when the last player submits their clue.
The solution to both is to be able to cancel your first clue submission, change your clue, and then submit it again.
