Président/Beggar - Rules suggestion

Hello there !
I'm from France and a longtime player of president.
Here are the rules I ever played with on different continent, from the US to Europe.
Basic rules :
- Cards are from the lowest (3) to the best (2 which is admitted to be better than the ace), no joker.
- When 2 is played, the run is over. Never finish your hand on a 2 or you are the "beggar" for the next round.
- The first player of the round can play one card at the time but also in pair, three of a kind or in four. Other players have to follow the 1st player way of playing for the whole round. If you want to use a 2, you have to use the number of card needed (if round in pair then you have to use two 2).
- When two same cards are played in a row the 3rd player have to play the same card or he will be skipped (no automatic skip).
- When the 4 cards are played by the players in a row its a "close square" and the player which played the last card has to start the new round.
- When a four of card is played by single player it reverse all the order of the cards (then 3 become the best one and 2 the worst, then you must avoid to finish by a 3).
- At the end of the 1st round the "winner" become the president, the 2nd become "prime minister", the 3rd become the "farmer" and the last one the "beggar"
Do you guys already experiment these rules ?
Have you any variant ? Do you play the actual rules ?
I don't know how to suggest my variant of the game to BGA but here it is.
