Est-ce un bug ? un problème de règles ? est-ce normal ?

A strange situation indeed. Screenshots:



It definitely seems like a bug to me, since you shouldn't be able to score a covered Bubblee with the yellow power.

However, I don't think the rules are clear on what would have needed to happen if the blue Bubblee (on top) had been selected. I suppose the power triggers first, allowing you to avoid filling up the row completely (the same way a set of 3 explodes before the full row is triggered)?
