Include definition of ELO in FAQ

Hey - someone asked me what ELO stands for, and I can't remember, so i looked in the FAQ, and it doesn't say!
It doesn't stand for anything. The person who invented the rating system was named Arpad Elo. On this site it has become capitalized like an acronym, but it isn't one.
Unless you're talking about the band Electric Light Orchestra....
