Board Game Arena

Hello everyone,

I have been receiving two bug reports on Downforce recently (with multiple thumbs up). It looks like they are related to notifications being lost or replayed or synchronization issues between clients. While I acknowledge that my code has bugs I find it weird that suddenly such bugs appear on a stable game that had no updates since October. And moreover so quickly with behaviours that have never been spoted before.

This message is mainly to know if there have been platform issues at this time or if I need to check my code first. Some other devs encountered strange issues recently?

Nothing specific comes to mind about a recent change/issue that could lead to bugs like those.
What strikes me is that players do an action while another is already ongoing. The interface should actually be frozen while an action is ongoing until they get the matching notification. Maybe some missing "lock: true" on your ajaxcall?
