The game doesn't charge correctly for proxenos movement.

I just moved from Korinthos to Gela. My opponent had 2 units on Sikelia and it charged me nothing. It should have charged me 2 silver.

No, the game is correct in that regard. When a proxenos travels by sea, it does not enter the land area that the destination polis is in. There is an example in the rules that shows this.

Yes, in that case proxenos only moves from port to port (and the hoplites are in the region, in the field, not inside the polis). They are port poleis, not like thebas or sparta, that are only inland poleis (with out not port).

But, there is usually a bug or error when proxenos travel from Korintos to Argos going all around by sea through ionio pelagos without enemy galleys. They charged me a bigger cost than it should be, as i were traveling from Korintos to Argos through Kyklades sea (the shortest way) where there was an enemy galley.
