I need a Developer for a new game

I can offer money compensation(*) for a programmer who wants to work on a card game invented by me: not very famous, but since 2014 it's one of the Official Discipline of the Mind Sports Olympiad: very strategical and with a almost zero luck impact.
First implementation: the 2 players version, maybe in future the version for 4 players
I can share full original graphics files and explain the very simple rules.
