So I signed up for a year accidentally. Cancelled it. It says it's refunding it, but also still says I have premium until next year? Is it refunding or do I need to contact someone

actually, once you did click it, you are premium, and the until next year mean the time before regetting free account, but if it was accidental, you can contact any of the admins of BGA: Sourisdudesert or Een, since they are the makers of BGA.
