Board Game Arena

Playing the main campaign as USSR, and a partisan and a tank marker have been placed in my conditional box from the turn track in the winter of 1941. I can't find in either the rule book or the play book what condition needs to be met for me to receive these markers for use.

Any ideas?

Your games started a long time ago.
Many bugs have been fixed since but not table.

Could you tell me your table number so I can fix it.
