Arena mode: open to 60% minimum

All is in the title: I think the arena mode should be for responsible players. I've meet some 3% players, and today a 0% one !! The arena mode is a competition and, after all, I think it's fair to open it only for those you are "worthy enough", especially because, in case of abandon, it's a draw for others witch can be unfair for the winning ones.

Using the gear next to the game, you can set advanced preferences for games. One of the preferences is the Karma rating, so you can avoid players with low ratings.

kinda weird how the default for all games is 'no filter' 0%.
SUGGESTION:
Also any person timing out in an Arena game should not be allowed to join future Arena games for that season. 0% problem then handles itself then...
I hate how Arena mode is thrown together and then we're expected to raise bugs and suggestions to fix all the flaws.
And when I say 'fix all the flaws' I really mean, 'get totally ignored'.
