It is written that 399 players in the tournament, but I counted only 398 rows in the tournament ranking table, with "Acid_SNAKE" appears in the participants list but not in the ranking table nor playing in any match.

can BGA's admins fix it??

The issue here is that Acid_SNAKE registered at the last second and that there appears to be a timing or lock issue between registration and matchmaking. It looks like matchmaking happens BEFORE registration is fully closed.
